Requirements for Your Graphic Files
To ensure the best possible results, please send us high-quality logos and graphics:
- File formats: JPG, PDF, EPS, AI, or CDR (for PC)
- Resolution for pixel graphics: at least 300 DPI
- Recommendation: Provide logos as vector files (PDF, EPS, AI, or CDR) whenever possible

Design Support
Don’t have a finished design yet, or need help with the layout? Send us your logo along with as much specific information as possible about colors, text, images, and your preferred layout. We’d be happy to help you bring your vision to life.
Before production begins,you will receive a digital proof via email for review and production approval. When you placean order, the cost of creating the first proof—including one round of revisions— is included in the price. Any further graphic changes or additional drafts will be billed based on the amount of work involved.
If a proof is prepared but no order is subsequently placed, we reserve the right to charge for the graphic design work performed.
Don't have any specific design ideas yet?
If you’re not quite sure yet what your festival wristband should look like, AI tools like ChatGPT can help you brainstorm ideas—for example, to experiment with color schemes, layouts, or different design styles.
AI-generated designs are not suitable for production. However, you can certainly give us a good idea of the design direction you have in mind. The more specific your ideas are, the faster and more effectively we can work with you to bring the design to life.
Using Colors Strategically
Colors are not only a design element; they can also serve organizational purposes at events. For example, different wristband colors make it easy to quickly distinguish between access levels, event days, age groups, or VIP areas.
For example, one color can be used for a single-day event, and another for a multi-day pass or a VIP area.
Incorporate Logos & Sponsors
In addition to the event logo, festival wristbands also provide space for sponsor logos, partners, and other information. This turns the admission wristband into an additional advertising space.
Production of woven festival bracelets:
Another advantage is the high color intensity of the motifs and the high durability of the control tapes: the fabric is washable, the tape ends are machine-welded and do not fray.
To distinguish between different groups of visitors, festival wristbands can be woven with different background colors. This makes it easy to quickly identify individual event days, VIP areas, or combination tickets.
Before we start weaving, you will receive an exact proof for checking and approval. This way we avoid misunderstandings and only produce what you really want.
Special Effects for Woven Festival Wristbands
The following extra qualities are available for our festival ribbons:
- UV/Neon Colors – Bright UV and neon colors create eye-catching designs and really stand out under black light.
- Lurex & Glitter Yarn – Metallic, shiny lurex and glitter yarns can be used to highlight logos, lettering, or individual elements.
- UV and neon colors, as well as Lurex and glitter yarns, are available exclusively for woven festival wristbands.

Depending on the model, additional customization options are available:
Sequential numbering – for uniquely identifying individual tapes.
QR Codes & Barcodes – for integrating digital information or unique identifiers.
Custom clasp colors —to match the design of the festival wristband.
