7 tips for designing your own textile festival wristbands

Here are 7 practical tips on how to creatively design your own fabric ribbons:

1. clear font & short messages
Choose easy-to-read fonts and keep the text short (e.g. event name). Too much text quickly gets lost on narrow ribbons.

2. choose colors consciously
Go for eye-catching or thematically appropriate colors. Bright, bold colors work particularly well at festivals, for example, while pastel shades are more suitable for VIP and hospitality areas.

3. note material quality
With our festival ribbons, we differentiate between high-quality woven (premium) and less expensive printed (economy) ribbons.

4. choose the right fasteners
Should the admission wristbands be transferable or non-transferable?
Should the fasteners offer a high level of protection against tampering or is security less important?

5. involve sponsors in the design of your festival wristbands and thus create an additional advertising opportunity.

6. positioning of texts and logos
The most important texts and logos should be placed in the middle 15 cm of the strap, as this area corresponds approximately to the average wrist circumference.

7. think about sustainability
Use recycled materials or biodegradable fabrics – this goes down well with many festival visitors.
